NEW CITY DEV (00456) has announced that Mr. Zhang Jing has resigned from his position as an independent non-executive director, effective from May 21, 2026, to focus on his other business plans. Following his resignation, Mr. Zhang has also ceased to serve as the Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee and as a member of the Nomination Committee.
The Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Huang Genhui as an independent non-executive director, effective from May 21, 2026. Mr. Huang has also been appointed as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and as a member of the Nomination Committee.
