China Digital Video Holdings Limited (CDV Holdings, 08280) has announced a formal change in the registered name of its external auditor. Effective 21 August 2026, “Prism Hong Kong Limited” has been renamed “CLA Prism Hong Kong Limited,” with its Chinese name altered accordingly.

The company emphasised that the modification is limited to branding; there is no change in audit personnel, engagement terms, or auditor independence. All references to the auditor in the 31 August 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) circular, notice, and proxy form should therefore be read as “CLA Prism Hong Kong Limited.”

At the forthcoming AGM, shareholders will vote on an ordinary resolution to re-appoint CLA Prism Hong Kong Limited as auditor and authorise the Board to determine remuneration. Management expects the audit fee for the financial year ending 31 March 2027 to fall between RMB0.98 million and RMB1.03 million, excluding out-of-pocket expenses. This range aligns with the RMB0.98 million fee paid for FY2026, reflecting an assumption of no material changes in business scale, reporting requirements, or audit scope.

The Board considers the proposed fee fair and reasonable after taking into account historical costs, prevailing market rates, the Group’s business complexity, and the anticipated audit timetable. No other information in the AGM documentation has been amended.
