Zylox-Tonbridge Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (ZYLOXTB) disclosed that it repurchased 53,500 H-shares on 9 September 2026 via on-exchange transactions at prices ranging from HK$20.82 to HK$21.38 per share, for a total consideration of approximately HK$1.12 million.
The buy-back reduced the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) by 0.016 % to 323.04 million shares as at 9 September 2026, down from 323.09 million shares on 8 September 2026. Concurrently, the treasury-share balance rose to 13.31 million shares.
Under the general mandate approved on 13 May 2026, Zylox-Tonbridge Medical is authorised to repurchase up to 32.72 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 4.41 million shares, representing 1.32 % of the company’s issued shares on the mandate date.
In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations, the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares, effective until 9 October 2026. The board confirmed that the transactions complied with all applicable listing rules and legal requirements.
