On 17 July 2026, Starlite Holdings Limited announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2026 Annual Report, accompanying circular, notice of annual general meeting and proxy form, as well as the FY2025/2026 Environmental, Social and Governance Report, are now available on the company’s website (www.hkstarlite.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

The company is encouraging shareholders—particularly non-registered holders whose shares are kept through CCASS intermediaries—to review documents online (the “Website Version”). Shareholders facing difficulties with electronic access, or those preferring hard copies, can request printed versions at no cost by completing the enclosed request form and returning it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label or via email to 403-ecom@vistra.com.

Non-registered holders opting for electronic delivery should provide their functional email addresses to their relevant bank, broker, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Limited to receive future notification emails. Without a valid email on record, shareholders will continue to receive only printed notices of publication.
