Hangzhou Jiuyuan Genetic Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Jiuyuan Gene) disclosed that it repurchased 20,000 H shares on 11 September 2026, paying an aggregate HKD 105,976. The transaction was executed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 5.23 to HKD 5.40 per share, with a volume-weighted average of HKD 5.30.

Following the buyback, Jiuyuan Gene’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.0083 % to 240.27 million, while treasury shares increased to 5.13 million. Total issued shares remain unchanged at 245.40 million.

The repurchase forms part of the mandate approved on 15 June 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 24.15 million shares. Including the latest transaction, Jiuyuan Gene has acquired 1.25 million shares under this mandate—equivalent to 0.52 % of the shares outstanding at the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules, the company is barred from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 11 October 2026.
