MIXUE Group has issued a notice to convene its first Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of 2026 on Wednesday, 30 September 2026 at 15:30 (Beijing time) in Zhengzhou, Henan Province. Shareholders will be asked to consider and approve a single ordinary resolution concerning the company’s proposed special dividend distribution plan.

Key timetable • Books closure for EGM voting rights: 25 – 30 September 2026 (both dates inclusive). • Deadline for lodging H-share transfer documents for EGM eligibility: 24 September 2026, 16:30 (Hong Kong time). • Record date for EGM voting: 30 September 2026. • Books closure for special dividend entitlement: 7 – 12 October 2026 (both dates inclusive). • Deadline for lodging H-share transfer documents for dividend eligibility: 6 October 2026, 16:30 (Hong Kong time). • Record date for dividend entitlement: 12 October 2026. • Expected special dividend payment date: 6 November 2026.

Voting arrangements All resolutions will be decided by poll, in line with MIXUE Group’s Articles of Association and Hong Kong Listing Rules. Treasury shares, if any, are not eligible to vote.

Proxy details Shareholders unable to attend may appoint one or more proxies. Completed proxy forms, together with notarised powers of attorney where applicable, must reach Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited by 15:30 (Hong Kong time) on 29 September 2026.

Board composition As at the notice date (11 September 2026), the Board comprises four executive directors—Mr. Zhang Hongchao, Mr. Zhang Hongfu, Ms. Cai Weimiao and Ms. Zhao Hongguo—and three independent non-executive directors—Ms. Poon Philana Wai Yin, Mr. Chu Gary Hsi and Mr. Huang Sidney Xuande.
