DMALL Executes HK$0.45 Million Share Buyback, Lifts Treasury Stock to 71.66 Million Shares

Dmall Inc. (DMALL) repurchased 105,600 ordinary shares on 11 September 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, paying a total of HK$0.45 million at prices ranging from HK$4.20 to HK$4.29 per share. The volume-weighted average purchase price was HK$4.2413 per share.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share count (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.0122% to 865.91 million. Treasury shares increased to 71.66 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 937.57 million.

The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 5 June 2026 authorizing DMALL to repurchase up to 88.37 million shares. Cumulatively, 17.86 million shares—equivalent to 2.02% of the company’s issued share base at the mandate date—have now been bought under this authorization.

Pursuant to Hong Kong listing rules, DMALL is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 11 October 2026.
