Ridge Outdoor International Limited reported that Financial Controller Ms. Gao Shan resigned effective 11 September 2026, citing a desire to focus on personal endeavours. According to the Board, Ms. Gao has no disagreements with management, and no matters need to be brought to shareholders’ attention.

The company is searching for a permanent successor. During the transition, Executive Director and General Manager Ms. Lei Yang will assume all financial controller duties beginning 11 September 2026.

The Board expressed appreciation for Ms. Gao’s contributions and stated that further announcements will be made once a suitable candidate is identified. As of the announcement date, the Board comprises six directors—two executive, one non-executive, and three independent non-executive members.
