Recent research conducted by the Shenyang Federation of Industry and Commerce revealed that numerous local private real economy enterprises possess strong fundamentals. However, when confronting new digital economy business models, they commonly face challenges including a lack of e-commerce operational experience, no clear strategy for building live-streaming studios, weak capabilities in generating traffic through short videos, and an inability to effectively utilize data for performance reviews. These companies hold quality products yet struggle to broaden their market reach through online channels.

Many enterprises are seeking professional assistance to resolve key obstacles in live-stream operations, traffic conversion, and content creation, aiming to unlock new avenues for online marketing. Where businesses have expectations, the Federation takes action. The municipal Federation guided the Faku County Federation of Industry and Commerce to organize a practical e-commerce live-streaming training program, inviting industry veterans to deliver lectures and bring e-commerce expertise directly to entrepreneurs. This initiative is designed to alleviate difficulties and boost efficiency for companies.

The training curriculum meticulously deconstructs critical stages including industry track selection, e-commerce system framework setup, live-streaming room planning from zero to one, short video content strategy and traffic generation, order conversion and processing, alongside operational data analysis. It provides a comprehensive explanation of the entire online business operational toolkit, helping enterprises clarify their digital transformation roadmap and equipping them with implementable and replicable online management methods.

Beyond the classroom, an interactive Q&A segment was included, allowing participating entrepreneurs to pose questions based on their specific product attributes and operational bottlenecks. The experts offered face-to-face consultations, delivered precise recommendations, and resolved individual development challenges point-by-point, ensuring participants gained practical knowledge, received adequate answers, and had their uncertainties cleared. Enterprises that attended stated the training directly tackled their development pain points, offered high practicality and relevance, and provided fresh perspectives and direction for innovating business models and exploring online growth paths.

The Shenyang Federation of Industry and Commerce will persist in conducting grassroots visits and research, accurately identifying the urgent needs and concerns of private companies, and shifting from "enterprises seeking services" to "services seeking enterprises." It will continue to coordinate with federations across all counties and districts, regularly launch specialized and targeted empowerment activities for corporate benefits, and build diverse platforms for learning exchange, resource connection, and capability enhancement. These efforts aim to help private enterprises bridge gaps in digital development capabilities, guide them to adapt to trends and leverage digitalization, activate internal momentum through digital transformation, and inject robust strength into the high-quality development of the municipality's private economy.
