Jiangxi Bank disclosed that Ms. Pun Kim Ying will step down as Company Secretary, Authorised Representative under Listing Rule 3.05, and Hong Kong Process Agent with effect from 28 August 2026, citing internal work-arrangement adjustments. Ms. Pun confirmed no disagreement with the Board and no matters requiring shareholder or Stock Exchange attention.

The Board concurrently appointed Ms. Lam Chin Hei as Company Secretary, Authorised Representative, and Process Agent, also effective 28 August 2026. Ms. Lam is currently an assistant manager at SWCS Corporate Services Group (Hong Kong) Limited and brings more than six years of corporate secretarial experience. She has been an associate member of both The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute (UK) since 2023. Her academic credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from City University of Hong Kong and a Master of Law in International Economic Law from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

As of the announcement date, Jiangxi Bank’s Board comprises two executive directors, four non-executive directors, and four independent non-executive directors, chaired by Ms. Zeng Hui.
