China Boton Group Company Limited repurchased 0.94 million ordinary shares on 11 September 2026, spending HKD 2.95 million at prices ranging from HKD 3.00 to HKD 3.17 per share. The volume-weighted average repurchase price was HKD 3.13.
Before the transaction, China Boton had 1.06 billion issued shares (excluding treasury shares) and 24.87 million shares held in treasury. After the buyback, issued shares fell to 1.05 billion, while treasury shares increased to 25.82 million. The 0.09% reduction in free-float leaves the company’s total share count unchanged at 1.08 billion.
The repurchase was executed under the mandate granted on 22 May 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 108.05 million shares. To date, 0.94 million shares—0.87% of the authorised limit—have been utilised. In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, China Boton is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or transferring treasury shares until 11 October 2026.
The board confirmed that the transaction complied with all applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements.
