Shareholders who experience difficulties with the online version, or who prefer hard copies, can request printed documents at no cost by completing and returning the enclosed reply form to the company’s Hong Kong H-share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, using the prepaid mailing label provided, or by email to 6869-ecom@vistra.com.

YOFC reminds shareholders that maintaining a valid email address on file is essential for receiving future electronic notifications, including actionable corporate communications. Investors who have not yet supplied an email address—or need to update an existing one—should complete the reply form and return it to the registrar. Until a functional email address is provided, the company will dispatch notices of publication and any actionable documents in printed form only.
