Chinese Estates Holdings Limited released a Circular for its upcoming Special General Meeting (SGM) on 14 September 2026 and confirmed a full transition to electronic dissemination of future corporate communications in line with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s updated Listing Rule 2.07, effective since 31 December 2023.

Both the English and Chinese versions of the SGM Circular are now accessible on the company’s website (https://www.chineseestates.com) and the HKEXnews portal (https://www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders who prefer hard copies may request free printed versions from the Hong Kong branch registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

For non-registered shareholders whose shares are held through banks, brokers, custodians or nominees, the company emphasized the importance of supplying a functional e-mail address via these intermediaries to receive timely electronic notifications. Until an e-mail address is recorded, investors will need to check the company and HKEXnews websites proactively for any new publications.

Shareholders opting to continue receiving documents in print can complete and return the enclosed reply form or submit a request via e-mail to chineseestates@computershare.com.hk. Queries regarding the new dissemination arrangements can be directed to the registrar’s hotline (+852 2862 8688) during business hours.
