Lendlease Group's Stratford Cross Receives Well Community Gold Certification

Lendlease Group (ASX:LLC) said its UK project Stratford Cross has become the first place in the UK to achieve Well Community at the Gold level from the International WELL Building Institute, according to a Thursday statement.
The certification recognizes Stratford Cross as a healthy, sustainable, and inclusive urban development.
Stratford Cross is part of the Impact Partnership, a joint venture between Lendlease and Crown Estate, which aims to deliver a diverse range of uses across the UK, including a potential 9,000 homes in its first phase, the statement added.
Lendlease Group's shares were down 1% in recent Friday trade.
