Lisi Group (HKG:0526) unit Ningbo Lisi Household Products renewed the lease of a factory space and office property in China ahead of its Sept. 30 expiry.
The new lease agreement signed with lessor Da Mei (Ningbo) New Materials will be effective for three years starting Oct. 1, 2026, and ending Sept. 30, 2029.
