Grab Holdings (GRAB) is facing scrutiny over its driver fare structures and discount policies following partner complaints, the National Competition Commission of Vietnam said Friday.
The regulator requested operational records and pricing documents from the company to assess potential competition law breaches, the agency said.
Authorities also asked rival ride-hailing platform operators in the country to submit information regarding their fare structures, the commission said.
The government body urged the companies to maintain transparent pricing rules and comply with statutory regulations, it added.
The company did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
