Yeebo Falls After Notifying of Suspension in Suzhou QingYue's Shares

Yeebo (International Holdings) (HKG:0259) said Friday that shares of Suzhou QingYue Optoelectronics (SHA:688496), the company in which it has invested, are not in compliance with the listing rules of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, according to a same-day bourse filing.

The company said Suzhou QingYue's shares traded below the 1 yuan threshold for 20 consecutive days, were suspended effective Sept. 11, and are poised to be delisted if it does not meet listing criteria.

Yeebo has invested HK$161 million in Suzhou QingYue as of March 31. The company's shares were down 4% on the HKEX.
