ESR-REIT (SGX:9A4U) concluded the acquisition of a freehold logistics asset in Australia, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Following the completion of the acquisition, the REIT's portfolio consists of 67 properties located across Singapore, Japan and Australia.
