Stocks to Watch: Corbus Pharmaceuticals, Scholar Rock

Corbus Pharmaceuticals said it would host a webcast to discuss topline data for a Phase 1b study of CRB-913 for the treatment of obesity, a once-daily oral treatment. The company said it offers a new therapeutic option for obesity beyond GLP-1s and other incretin-targeting therapies. The stock was up 27% to $10.28 in late trading.
Scholar Rock said the Food and Drug Administration approved Isembyld, or apitegromab, for the treatment of spinal muscular atrophy. The drug was approved for adults and for children 2 years of age and older who are currently receiving a survival motor neuron 2-targeted treatment. Scholar Rock said Isembyld will be available to ship in the coming days. The stock gained 12% to $62.03 after hours.
