TYK Medicines CEO Boosts Shareholding; Shares Jump 7%

TYK Medicines (HKG:2410) Chief Executive Officer Wu Yusheng has bought HK$2.1 million worth of H shares of the company in a recent open market transaction, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares rose nearly 7% in late-morning trade Friday.
The company said Wu bought 635,000 H shares with his personal funds and indicated he would further increase his shareholding if market conditions are favorable.
Wu's additional purchases of the company's shares will be limited to HK$3 million.
