Guoxia Technology Enters Cooperation Contract with Siemens China

Guoxia Technology (HKG:2655) entered into a three-year strategic cooperation agreement with Siemens Ltd., China, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.

Shares of the energy storage systems provider were up nearly 2% in Friday afternoon trading.

The parties plan to collaborate in the domestic and overseas markets in the long term with the company acting as a delivery partner of system products and Siemens as its supplier.

The company will integrate its capabilities in AI-enabled full-scenario energy storage system R&D, system integration, EPC, and smart energy operation among others with Siemens' in the supply of intelligent infrastructure, electrical intelligence, digitalization, and low-carbon transition.
