Silex Systems (ASX:SLX) said its 51%-owned Global Laser Enrichment (GLE) has signed an exclusive agreement with Cameco to purchase all future production from GLE's planned Paducah Laser Enrichment Facility in Kentucky, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The project remains contingent on industry and government support, a positive feasibility assessment, a final investment decision, and favorable market conditions, the filing added.
