Arthur J. Gallagher (AJG) said Tuesday it acquired Englewood, Colorado-based McMillan Insurance & Bonding, doing business as Innovise Business Consultants.

Innovise provides commercial insurance brokerage and surety bonding services, with a focus on the construction, energy, real estate and manufacturing industries, the company said.
