Apollo Global Management (APO) disclosed Tuesday that its funds, affiliates and other long-term investors have provided $585 million in financing to The Executive Centre, a Hong Kong-based provider of flexible office space in Asian and Middle East markets.
The Executive Centre will use proceeds to refinance existing debt and to fund further expansion, said Apollo, an alternative asset manager.
The Executive operates 260 centers across 38 cities in 15 markets in the Asian Pacific and Middle East, said Apollo.
A&O Shearman advised Apollo, while Clifford Chance served as legal counsel and Rippledot Capital acted as financial adviser to The Executive Centre, Apollo said.
