Amazon.com's Amazon Web Services, Salesforce Expand AI Collaboration

Amazon.com's (AMZN) Amazon Web Services and Salesforce (CRM) said Tuesday that they have expanded their collaboration to integrate customer relationship management data, artificial intelligence agents, and foundation models into work applications without requiring data migration.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Under the expanded agreement, Salesforce customer data will be accessible within AI assistant and enterprise platform Amazon Quick. Amazon Web Services is also integrating its AI software into communication platform Slack, and will allow Salesforce's Agentforce platform to use AI models available through managed cloud service Amazon Bedrock.
Shares of Salesforce were down 1% pre-bell.
