OpenText (OTEX) said Wednesday it formed a strategic partnership with Cohere to deliver agentic artificial-intelligence software to government agencies and regulated industries.

The collaboration integrates OpenText's data-management platform with Cohere's North agentic AI application system and AI models, the company said.

The software is scheduled for release to enterprise clients in early 2027 and can be deployed on premises or in private, public, or sovereign cloud environments, OpenText said.

The agreement includes software integration, joint marketing, and product distribution through OpenText's reseller channel, it added.
