China Power International Development (HKG:2380) signed a framework agreement to provide environmental protection engineering services and related products to SPIC Group companies.
The annual transaction cap is 700 million yuan for the period through Dec. 31, 2026, and 1.45 billion yuan for each of 2027 and 2028, according to a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The agreement runs from Sept. 16, 2026, through Dec. 31, 2028.
