Youkeshu Technology (SHE:300209) plans to increase its estimated 2026 daily related-party transactions by 546.5 million yuan, bringing the total to up to 1.57 billion yuan.
The increase covers purchases from Tianxingyun and Hunan Haowang, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
Shares of the cross-border e-commerce company rose 2% in recent trade.
