0916 GMT - The cost of insuring euro-denominated credit against default falls slightly as global markets sentiment stabilizes. Global stocks and government bonds trim the losses posted on Monday and Tuesday as focus is on the U.S. Federal Reserve interest-rate decision due at 1800 GMT. Investors widely expect the Fed to raise interest rates by a quarter point. Attention will also be on the Fed communication and any signals on potential interest-rate rises at future meetings. The iTraxx Europe Crossover index of euro high-yield credit default swaps falls 2 basis points to 263bps, S&P Global Market Intelligence data show.
