HawkEye 360 (HAWK) established its first European subsidiary in Luxembourg to expand its operations in the European Union, the company said on Tuesday.
The new subsidiary provides a local base from which the space analytics firm can develop relationships across Europe's defense and space ecosystem and work directly with European partners pursuing major emerging defense programs, the company said in a statement.
