Northview Residential REIT is promoting Sarah Walker to chief operating officer and bringing in Laura Ingram as its next chief financial officer.
Walker joined the real estate investment trust as CFO in 2021. She will be succeeded as CFO by Ingram, who was previously CFO of Tara Energy Services and Essential Energy.
The appointments are effective Nov. 2, the company said Tuesday.
