Mencast Holdings (SGX:5NF) subsidiary, Mencast Silicon Investment Holdings, established a new 40.18% owned associated company in Hong Kong called Oceanis Marine Silicon Ecological, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The new unit will focus on maritime data technology and digital products, carbon asset development and green shipping services.
