Terramin Australia Launches Non-Renounceable Entitlement Offer to Raise Up to AU$28.7 Million, Shares Fall 13%

Terramin Australia (ASX:TZN) is conducting a pro rata non-renounceable entitlement issue of up to about 1.59 billion shares at AU$0.018 per share based on one new share for every 1.5 shares held, to raise up to about AU$28.7 million before costs, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

Terramin added that eligible shareholders and other investors will also be offered the opportunity to apply for any shortfall shares not taken up under the offer at the same issue price of AU$0.018 per share.

The company's shares fell 13% in recent Monday trade.
