Amplitude Energy (ASX:AEL) said Chair Ian Davies retired from the board effective Sept. 11, according to a same-day Australian bourse filing after market hours.
Non-Executive Director Tim Bednall has been appointed acting chair of the board, while the process of selecting a permanent chair is well advanced, the filing added.
