Xiamen ITG (SHA:600755) and affiliate Xiamen International Trade Capital Group will inject a total of 353.4 million yuan into Xiamen International Trade Futures, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The listed company will contribute 173.2 million yuan into the futures business, equivalent to its 49% stake, while Xiamen International Trade Capital Group will contribute 180.2 million yuan, equivalent to a 51% stake.
