Hub Group (HUBG) said it expects select preliminary, unaudited consolidated operating revenue for the first half of 2026 of $1.70 billion to $1.80 billion.

The company said the results were negatively affected by rising fuel, rail, and drayage costs, while excess capacity in consolidation and fulfillment hurt its logistics segment's results.

It also said operating results were negatively impacted by incremental costs related to the accounting review and restatement work.

For full-year 2026, the company estimates consolidated operating revenue of approximately $3.60 billion to $3.80 billion.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $3.79 billion.

Because Hub Group did not file its reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission on time, it said it expects to receive a delisting determination letter from Nasdaq Stock Market.

It said it plans to appeal the determination, which would automatically stay any suspension or delisting action for 15 calendar days from the date of the hearing request. The company said it also expects to seek a further stay pending the hearing process.

Shares of Hub Group were down 2.2% pre-bell.
