Boeing (BA) is close to finalizing a Turkish Airlines order for 150 of its 737 MAX jets after the airline threatened to walk away from the deal, Reuters reported Tuesday, citing four people familiar with the matter.

The order was delayed by Turkish Airlines' request for an industrial deal on engine maintenance, but it is now set to be signed as early as next week, the report said, citing three of the people.

Boeing didn't immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
