Onterris Secures $6.5 Million Contract From Canadian Firm to Provide Environmental Services

Onterris (ONT) said Monday that it secured a contract worth over 9 million Canadian dollars ($6.5 million) from a Canadian energy infrastructure firm to provide environmental services.

Under the new contract, Onterris said it will provide environmental services throughout pre-construction, construction, and final clean-up activities for a CA$3 billion natural gas transmission project.

The company said the contract's scope includes support for wildlife protection, aquatic habitat monitoring, nesting bird and migratory bird compliance, and other activities.

The company said that the contract is expected to generate revenue through the end of 2027.

Shares of the company were up 1.4% in Monday trading.
