Millcon Steel (SET:MILL) unit Wastech Exponential is facing a lawsuit filed by Intergreen Revolution at the Pattaya Provincial Court seeking payment of 21.2 million baht for outstanding goods.
The lawsuit was filed on June 19, 2025, and the liability has been duly recognized in its financial statements, according to a Monday filing.
The company is reviewing its legal options and the potential impact of the lawsuit.
It will disclose material developments to the Stock Exchange of Thailand as required.
