Amazon.com Pauses Operations With Carrier 21 Air After Fatal Miami Accident

Amazon.com (AMZN) has paused operations with cargo carrier 21 Air, which operated the Amazon Air plane that suffered a fatal accident on Sept. 6 while attempting to land at the Miami International Airport, the company said Sunday.

The company said the move followed an investigation and review of "some of the surrounding circumstances" and that it will continue supporting the ongoing probe into the incident.
