Microsoft (MSFT)-backed OpenAI launched Astra for Law, an artificial intelligence foundation combining its GPT-6 model with a legal search index and instructions for legal analysis and writing, the company said Thursday.
The foundation allows law firms and legal technology companies to build their own AI applications and workflows, OpenAI said.
Astra for Law will roll out first to selected law firms through Trusted Access in ChatGPT and Codex, with API access to follow, the company added.
