The blank check company said it plans to offer 20 million units for $10 each, with each unit containing one share and one-third of a warrant to buy a share for $11.50, according to a Wednesday filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The underwriters for the offering have a 45-day option to buy an additional 3 million units to cover any over-allotments, according to the filing.
