Technology stocks were declining pre-bell Tuesday, with the State Street Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) down 0.2% and the iShares Semiconductor ETF (SOXX) 1.2% lower.
Alibaba's (BABA) latest Zhenwu V900 AI training and inference processor, which offers three times the performance of its predecessor, is scheduled for mass production and commercial release in Q1, the company said. Alibaba shares were up more than 3% premarket.
